Once I have completed the course do I get my card?

Once you have completed the course you will need to follow the rest of the steps as follows:

  • Print your Certificate
  • Download the Statutory Declaration – here
  • Provide a standardised passport photo
  • Send your completed Statutory Declaration and your passport photo to the address below

How long before I receive my card?

Once we receive your Statutory Declaration and photo you should receive your card within 10 business days.

Can I get a replacement card if my card is lost, stolen or damaged?

Yes, a replacement card is available for a fee.

What happens if I get a question wrong?

Don’t worry if you get a question wrong, you will get as many chances as you need to get it right. You must pass one lesson before moving on to the next one, remember safety first! Not safety second or third.

How can I print my certificate after completing a course?

To reprint your certificate, select the “My Dashboard” link to go to your course dashboard. If you have a certificate available, you will see an “award” icon in the certificate column of the table. Click on the icon to view the certificate and print it from the print button
